Ms. Cueva’s Art Page
Hello everyone and welcome to Stella Maris Academy’s ART PAGE! My name is Ms. Cueva and I teach art to all grades! I look forward to working with your students and helping to make art an important part of their daily lives! Just a few things about myself –I was born in the Philippines and came over to America with my parents before I turned two. I am the oldest of three siblings. I grew up in San Diego and have called this home for over 30 years! I fell in love with art as a child and my passion for the field led me to San Diego State University where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Art, Single Subject Teaching. I strive to share and nurture every student’s natural talents, understanding, and appreciation for the arts. When not at Church or at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and kickboxing! I believe that God is the Master Artist and the first to create beauty out of nothing. If you ever have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!
